Welcome to the Fox Chase Villas Condo Owners Association
Fox Chase Villas is a 15-building / 30-unit condo association located on seven acres along Markham Road and Margo Circle, adjacent to the village park in the Village of Eagle, in southwestern Waukesha County Wisconsin. The property includes an additional three acre stormwater retention area to the south.
This is an active adult 55+ community - at least 80% of the units must be occupied by a person 55 or older. The association was created in 2018, with occupancy beginning in 2019. Construction was completed in 2023 and no future expansion is expected. The association became owner-managed in July 2023.
All condo units are single story, 2-bedroom, 1,400 square feet, with first-floor laundry, full unfinished basement, two-car garage, a covered 8'x10' deck and no-step entry to the unit from the garage.
